摘要
本课题的研究内容分为两部分。一部分是对硅压阻式的压力传感测试技术的研究,主要研究的是对硅压阻式压力传感器的主要误差——温度漂移误差和非线性误差进行数字补偿,这是高度速度传感测试技术的基础;另一部分是对低高度小速度传感测试技术的研究,主要研究的是在低高度小速度情况下管路的连接,从而自行研制出高性能的低高度小速度传感器服务于试飞机载测试,来代替进口的高度速度传感器。
Study on this subject is divided into two parts. One part is the study on sensing and measuring technology to silicon pizeoresistance pressure, focusing On digital compensation to main errors of silicon pizeo-resistance transducer, the temperature drift error and non-linear error. This is the foundation of sensing and measuring technology of altitude and velocity. The other part is the study on sensing and measuring technology of low velocity at low altitude, focusing on pipeline connection in the condition of low velocity at low altitude. A high performance transducer applied in low velocity at low ahitude is self-developed for on-board flight test by this study, which could be used to replace the imported altitude/velocity transducer.
