腰椎间盘突出症不同影像学类型外周血T细胞亚群表达水平的临床研究

A CLINIC STUDY ON PERIPHERAL BLOOD LEVELS OF T LYMPHOCYTE SUBCLASSES IN DIFFERENT VIDEO TYPES OF LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION

目的:探讨外周血T细胞亚群水平与腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)影像学类型的关系。方法:将46例腰椎间盘突出症患者按影像学表现分为膨出型、脱出型,采用流式细胞仪检测其外周血T细胞亚群水平。结果:膨出型、脱出型LDH患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较正常组显著性降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);脱出型比膨出型降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:LDH存在细胞免疫水平异常;不同影像学类型的LDH激发的细胞免疫应答反应程度有差异。

Obiective：To analyze the correlation between the levels of T lymphocyte subclasses in peripheral blood and different video types of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods： 46 patients of LDH were grouped under contained and extruded herniation by video shows , and their levels of T lymphocyte subclasses were detected by flow cytometry.Results：Peripheral blood levels T lymphocyte subclasses in LDH patients were significantly lower （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）; and the levels in extruded herniation were significantly lower than in contained herniation（P〈 0.05）. CONClUSiON：There are dissimilar expressions of celluear immunity in LDH; the severity of celluar immune response induced by different video types of LDH is dissimilar.
