摘要
新型农村合作医疗试点已经取得了阶段性的成就,目前探讨影响合作医疗可持续发展的问题具有特别重要的现实意义。笔者在调研的基础上,探讨分析了试点中暴露出来的诸多制度和运行中的问题。针对这些问题,文章提出了解决问题的对策建议以促进合作医疗制度的可持续发展。
The operation of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System （NRCMS） has made periodical achievement in some pilot areas. It is of great significance to study the sustainable development of NRCMS. Based on the investigation, some problems of mechanism and operations in pilot areas have been explored. And accordingly the measures are put forward to realize a sustainable development for NRCMS.
