Study on harmonious development of health security system in context of population floating to prompt the employment

我国目前的医保制度不适应人口的就业流动,既不符合当今我国就业现状,又限制了人口流动,不利于促进就业和统一劳动力市场的形成,也延缓了医保制度建设的进程。因此必须改革和完善医保制度以及相关配套措施,使其与人口流动协调发展,在促进就业中逐渐实现医疗保障的全民覆盖。

Current health security system doesn＇t meet with the situation of floating population for employment and restricts the individual move. It is unfavorable to the promotion of employment and the establishment of unified national labor market, also retards the progress to build the health security system. Therefore, it is necessary to reform and perfect health security system and concerned policies, namely the security system development matching with the situation of population floating and gradually expanding coverage while promoting employment.
