With the continuously expansion of the production scale, more and more fierce market competition and even greater challenge of diversity of the customers＇demands an iron ＆ steel enterprise is facing it is of great necessity for an enterprise to adopt the MES supporting system in the management in order to realize organization of production on the bill of order, timely and accurately feed back the real-time information of production on-site, reasonably arrange the production and integrate the production scheduling, optimally dovetail the up and down stream processes, realize the integrity of production management, shorten the delivery time of the goods, improve the quality of the products and raise the core competence of the iron and steel enterprise.
