摘要 随着生产规模的不断扩大,钢铁企业面临着日趋激烈的市场竞争和用户需求多样化的挑战,生产管理需要采用MES系统支撑实现按订单组织生产,及时准确地反馈生产现场的实时信息,合理地进行生产排程与集中调度,优化工序之间的衔接,实现管控一体化,缩短交货期,提高产品质量,增强钢厂的核心竞争力。 With the continuously expansion of the production scale, more and more fierce market competition and even greater challenge of diversity of the customers'demands an iron & steel enterprise is facing it is of great necessity for an enterprise to adopt the MES supporting system in the management in order to realize organization of production on the bill of order, timely and accurately feed back the real-time information of production on-site, reasonably arrange the production and integrate the production scheduling, optimally dovetail the up and down stream processes, realize the integrity of production management, shorten the delivery time of the goods, improve the quality of the products and raise the core competence of the iron and steel enterprise.
