摘要
在电解铝行业的阴-阳极生产中,混捏工序是极为重要的环节,直接影响着阴、阳极制品的质量和电解铝成本。混捏设备种类较多,但目前世界各大阴、阳极工厂应用最广泛的还是连续混捏机。目前国内有关连续混捏机的论文、资料较少,但生产实践中又存在不少疑问。笔者根据自己多年来对瑞士BUSS公司生产的K500KE9.5D型连续混捏机的生产、维修实践经验,有重点地介绍了连续混捏机的结构、技术参数,工作原理,并通过对动搅刀、静搅刀间相对复合运动的计算分析,阐明了其混捏机理。同时,指出了其在生产实践中暴露出的不足之处,分析了其原因,并提出了相应的改进意见。
Mixing and kneading procedure is an important step in cathode and anode production of aluminium reduction industry, which has direct effect on quality of cathode and anode, and involves in the cost of aluminium electrolysis. There is a great variety of mixing and kneading equipment available, but the most extensive used one in every large sized cathode and anode producer of the world should still be continuous mixer. So far, articles and documents regarding to the continuous mixer in domestic is relatively less, But many problems still exist during the normal production. According to author' s many yearn working experiences, such as practice and maintenance in the continuous mixer K500KE9, 5D that manufactured by BUSS Company Switzerland, gives a detailed introduction about structure, technical parameters, working principle of the continuous mixer. Through the calculation and analysis of composite movement in - between the kneading screw and fixed kneading teeth, the paper expounds its kneading mechanism. In the meantime, it points out, the deficiencies appeared analyzes the causes and brings forward proposal for improvement, The paper may give some helps to the person who working at the same trade with the author.
