摘要 外源有机质的输入能促进或抑制土壤有机碳的矿化,引起正的或负的激发效应。本文综述了土壤碳库激发效应产生的机制,以及土壤原有有机质的含量和营养水平,外源有机质(包括根系分泌物)的种类和数量对激发效应的影响。外源有机质的可利用率是影响激发效应的最重要因素。 The mineralization of soil organic matter can be accelerated or retarded by the addition of exogenous organic matter to soil, thus causing positive or negative priming effect. The mechanisms of the priming effect and its influential factors have been reviewed in the article. The qualities and quantities of soil native organic matter, added exogenous organic matter and root exudation can determine the direction and intensity of the priming effect. The availability of added exogenous organic matter is the most important factor to priming effect.
