摘要
概述了国内外土壤样品中多环芳烃(PAHs)测定方法的研究状况,其中提取方法包括加速溶剂萃取方法、固相微萃取方法、超临界流体萃取方法、亚临界水萃取方法和流化床提取方法等,测定方法有HPLC法、GC法和免疫分析法等。重点介绍了PAHs的提取过程,同时总结了各种方法的优缺点。
The analytical methods for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons（PAHs） in soil samples was reviewed. Extraction method such as accelerated solvent extraction （ASE）, supercfitical fluid extraction （SFE）, subcfitical water extraction（SCWE） and fluidized - bed extraction（FBE） as well as the determination methods including HPLC, GC （or GC -MS）were presented in this paper. Emphases were given to the extraction of PAHs. The advantages and disadvantages of different extraction methods were summarized and compared.
