摘要
通过对北京德胜置业大厦高层主楼与地下车库底板沉降的跟踪观测,说明尽管高层建筑深基础基底与周边的地下车库或人防相连,主楼与裙楼或地下结构之间荷载差异较大,且其基础之间互相影响,差异沉降的控制难度较大,但根据各建筑物特点及其地基土层的工程特性采用天然地基和复合地基联合处理方式是可以将差异沉降控制在一定的范围之内的。
Through the systemic observation on the settlement of the high-rise building and the underground carbarn in Beijing Desheng Business Building, it is testified that the uneven settlement between the high-rise building and underground the car barn may be controlled within a small range if the combinative method of crude ground and composite ground is adopted appropriately according to the characteristics of the buildings and ground, though the difference of load between the high-rise building and the surrounding underground car barn is larger and they affect each other.
