并联电容补偿装置断路器绝缘击穿原因分析

摘要 针对并联电容补偿装置中真空断路器因绝缘老化下降,以致在正常工作电压下造成水平绝缘套筒击穿接地,110kV过电流、过负荷保护回路及供电局计费回路接地线烧断等事故进行了分析。提出对超大修周期、超期服役、危及行车安全供电的设备在运行、检修方面应采取的对策;就二次回路电缆屏蔽层两端接地以及牵引变电所回流回路与变电所接地网连接方式的设计、施工问题进行探讨并提出建议。 Analyzes the breakdown of earthing wire of horizontal insulation bushing under normal operating voltage due to the aging of insulation of vacuum circuit breaker in parallel compensation device and the failures of earthing wire burning out of 110 kV over-current, overload of protection circuit as well as the metering circuit of power supply bureau Puts forward the counter-measures in respects of operation and repair of equipment in overhaul repair period, operation out of the service life period, or danger to the safety operation of train; discusses and puts forward the proposals on design and construction of earthing methods for both ends of cable screening layers of secondary circuit as well as the connection mode between return circuit and earthing network of traction substation.
