摘要
冲击谱是冲击试验中较为常用的方法,可以较为科学地模拟产品所经历的冲击环境。但如果加速度时间历程曲线与实际相差很大时,也存在过试验或欠试验的可能。提出了冲击谱中的一些限制性要求,通过对部分参数的控制及优化,使其与加速度时间历程曲线相接近,可以避免过试验或欠试验。
Shock response spectrum is a usual shock test method. It can simulate exactly the shock enviroment that products experienced. However, if acceleration and time cure differ from the reality greatly, the over - test and short - test may happen. The limit demands of shock response spectrum were put forward. The over-test and short - test can be avoided by controlling and optimizing some parameters and making the spectrum similar to acceleration and time cure.
