加热炉通常采用原油或渣油为燃料,对炉管内流过的原油进行加热,以降低原油黏度,减少输送阻力。炉内盘管在高温及腐蚀性介质的作用下,常会发生腐蚀穿孔。对腐蚀发生的位置、原因进行了分析,并有针对性地提出了防护改进措施。

Furnace is equipments in common used in the oil transportation pipeline system. Crude oil or the residue oil was usually applied as fuels to heat the oil flowing inside of the tube and to reduce glutinosity and transport resistance of the oil. The tube was often corroded because of the high temperature and corrosion environment. The positions and reasons of corrosion was analyzed and the appropriate solution and amelioration methods was put forward.
