摘要
提出了不锈钢冷轧薄板的完整自动化、传动控制系统解决方案,介绍了系统的硬件组成,并对控制软件中卷径计算和间接张力控制算法进行了详细论述。本系统于2004年3月应用于太钢冷轧厂1#纵切线,系统运行稳定可靠,取得了良好的经济效益。
The integrity automation of cool laminose stainless steel and the resolving scheme of driving control system was put forward. It also introduced the hardware configuration, discussed the calculation of the roll diameter and the arithmetic of the indirect tension in the software. The system has been applied in the No. I slitting line in the cooling mill of TISCO in march, 2004. It runs stability, and credibility, and acquired good economy benefit.
