颈椎病中医证候模型研究思路初探

Preliminary Study on Animal Model of Chinese Medical Syndrome of Cervical Spondylopathy

动物模型是动物实验研究的首要因素,而颈椎病中医证候动物模型的塑造是实现颈椎病中西医结合现代化研究的关键环节。就有关颈椎病的病与证、疾病模型、证候模型及病证结合模型的研制(包括动物选择、造模方法、模型评价)等相关内容加以论述;从病证同塑、病证复合、基因敲除与转基因技术等角度探讨颈椎病中医证候模型的研究思路。

Animal model is the chief factor in empirical study and animal model research with Chinese medical syndrome of cervical spondylopathy （CS） has become the essential problem in the research of combination of TCM with Western medicine. Here we discuss something about CS as follows： disease and Chinese medical syndrome; morbid model and animal model with different Chinese medical syndromes; animal model research combining disease with syndrome including choosing animal, methods of making model and model evaluation, especially from molding at equal pace, combining disease with syndreme,gene knock-out and transgenic technology.
