摘要
目的探讨冠脉通颗粒剂中丝瓜络的提取工艺。方法采取正交实验法筛选丝瓜络的最佳提取方法,以多糖含量、收膏率作为评价指标。结果筛选出的最佳工艺条件为:加30倍的水量,煎煮3次,每次1.5h。结论该工艺经3次验证,稳定可行。
Objective To investigate the extraction technology of Retinerus luffae fructus （RLF）. Methods Adopt the orthogonal experiment to select optimum experimental method. Results The optimal extraction technology was ascertained： the condition of RLF was extracted three times for 1.5 h each time with 30 times of water. Condusion Three authentication experiments prove that the technology of the extraction can work stably.
