Trough analyzing the practice condition on constructing the south shaft in the first coal mine of Genyuan in Ningxia Coal Mine Group on the extremely cold case,we adopt new craft,new methods and strict management to insure good engineering quality.It can provide some suggestions for the similar construction condition.
