成人低血糖脑病的病因及临床特点

The Etiology and Clinical Feature of Hypoglycemic Encephalopathy

目的探讨成人低血糖脑病的病因及临床特点。方法对64例诊断明确的低血糖脑病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,以了解成人低血糖脑病特征性的临床表现及病因。结果64例患者中癫痫31例,偏瘫10例,呼吸衰竭8例,双侧锥体束征41例,影像学见点灶状出血6例,脑水肿8例,多见于呼吸衰竭者,表现偏瘫者10例,有相对应病灶者4例。结论成人低血糖脑病病因以糖尿病为主,部分无交感神经症状,意识状态与低血糖持续时间有关。

Objective To investigate the clinical feature and etiology of hypoglycemic encephalopathy（HLE） in adults. Methotis By analyzing the clinical data of 64 patients with HLE retrospectively, to know the clinical manifestation and etiology of this disease. Results There were 31 cases with epilepsy,lO hemiplegia, 8 respiratory failure,41 bilateral pyramid sign. The imaging showed 6 cases with spot and focus hemorrhage, 8 encephaloedema, which were usually seen in the patients with respiratory failure, 10 hemiplegic, among which 4 cases have corresponding focus. Conclusions The etiology of adults with HLE usually were diabetes mellitus. A few patients have not sympathetic nerve symptoms. The conscious state of patients was correlated with the duration of hypoglycemia.
