摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生(BPH)的安全性和有效性。方法对181例前列腺增生患者采用德国StorzF26气化电切镜行经尿道前列腺电气化联合电切术治疗。结果平均手术时间86 min(包括同期处理并发疾病时间),1例出现严重电切综合征(TURS),1例真性尿失禁,3例输血。术后随访3月-3年,无排尿困难、尿潴留。结论采取气化切割联合电切术,治疗BPH是一种安全、可靠的术式。 Objective To study the effect and safety of transurethral vaporization of prostate (TVP) and transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia ( BPH ). Methods 181 cases with BPH performed TVP and TURP by resectoscope. Results Mean operative time was 86 min ( include the treatment of surgical complication at the same time). There was one case with severe transurethral resection syndrome (TURS), one case with real urinary incontinence. Three cases needed blood transfusion. The follow - up of 3 months to 3 years showed no case with urine retention and dysuresia. Conclusions TVP combined with TURP is safe and effective BPH.
