毒鼠强中毒常规治疗临床分析

摘要 目的探讨常规综合治疗对轻、中度毒鼠强中毒患者的疗效。方法50例轻、中度毒鼠强中毒患者,采用常规综合治疗法包括早期洗胃排毒、抗惊厥等对症治疗措施1-30 d,监测血液中毒鼠强浓度。结果患者经过常规综合治疗后,其血液中毒鼠强浓度由平均31.2±18.6 ng/ml,下降为平均12.0±10.1 ng/ml,治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对3例出院病例随访显示:血液中毒鼠强浓度缓慢下降。结论常规综合治疗轻、中度毒鼠强中毒效果明显。 Objective To study the clinical effects of routine comprehensive treatment for light and moderate tetramine intoxication. Methods 50 acute tetramine intoxication (ATI) patients performed routine comprehensive treatment, included earlier gastric lavage, effective anticonvulsion and other general therapy, for 1 to 30 days. The blood concentration of tetramine was determined. Results The blood concentrations of tetramine were decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) from (31.2 ± 18.6) ng/ml to (12.0 ± 10. 1 ) ng/ml by the treatment. The follow-up of 3 cases showed that the blood concentrations of tetramine decreased slowly in 6 months. Conclusions The effect of routine comprehensive treatment for light and moderate tetramine intoxication is significantly.
