上海市卢湾区高血压患者认知行为调查分析

Investigation on Cognitive Behavior of Patients with Hypertension in Luwan District of Shanghai

目的对高血压患者的认知行为进行调查研究,为今后在社区开展健康教育活动提供参考。方法248名高血压患者按性别分组,采用统一设计的调查表,由入户调查员对调查对象进行面对面的问卷调查。结果不同性别高血压患者的文化程度、抽烟率、饮酒率有显著性差异;定期健康检查和健康指导的卫生服务需求较多。结论社区居民对于防治高血压的认知还不够科学,应该采取有针对性的、系统科学的、对居民有吸引力的宣教方式,指导社区居民采用健康的生活方式和合理的药物治疗。

Objective To investigate the cognitive behavior of patients with hypertension and collect reference data for health education in community. Methods 248 patients with hypertension were grouped by sex. The unified questionnaires were filled in face to face survey between the investigators and the patients in the both groups. Statistical analysis was applied to the data that was collected in the survey. Results The difference of literacy, smoking and drinking ratio between the groups was significant. Regular health examination and health guidance were in need. Conclusions The knowledge on how to prevent and treat hypertension of the residence in community was short of specialty. The pertinent, systematic and attractive propaganda and education way should be taken when giving guidance of healthy lifestyle and rational drug treatment to residents.
