摘要 目的探讨高频超声检查在膝关节积液病变诊断中的应用价值。方法应用高频超声研究30位膝关节积液患者41个膝关节超声声像图改变并与X线检查进行比较。结果髌上囊积液39个(95.12%),积液深度3.1-17.9 mm;关节腔积液32个(78.05%),积液深度2.3-12.2 mm;36个关节囊滑膜增厚(87.80%),厚度1.2-7.7mm,腔面毛糙不平,部分滑膜增厚成乳头状;显示关节软骨损坏15个(36.59%)。X线检查均无报告关节囊积液或滑膜增生改变。结论高频超声检查是诊断膝关节积液性病变客观而准确的方法。 Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of hydrarthrosis. Methods The features of uhrasonogram and the changes of X-Ray images in 30 cases with knee-joint effusion were compared. Results 39 knee joints (95.12%) showed suprapatellar bursa effusion with a depth of 3. lmm to 17.9 mm. 32 knee joints (78.05%) showed joint cavity effusion with a depth of 2.3ram to 12.2 ram. The synovium thickness increased in 36 joints (87.80%), and the synovium with coarse surface or fuzzy could be seen in some cases. Cartilage damage was detected in 15 joints. No joint cavity effusion or synovium proliferation was showed by x-ray examination in all the joints. Conclusions High frequency uhrasonography is an objective and accurate method for knee-joint effusion and other fundamental pathological changes.
