利用Photoshop制作原物大照片

On the using of Photoshop to manufacture zoom picture of protoplasts

普通数码相机,由于其镜头不能拆卸,因此,无法按传统(胶片)的照相方法进行原物大照相,制作原物大照片。应用Photoshop图像处理软件,不仅能将普通数码相机拍摄的图像制作成原物大照片,而且还可同时改善图像质量,制作直接扩大照片,在物证检验鉴定中具有一定的实用价值。

Ordinary digital cameras are unable to manufacture zoom pictures of protoplasts by means of traditional （film） photography methods because its lens cant be disassembled. Using Photeshop software can not only manufacture zoom pictures of protoplast screened by ordinary camera but also better pictures qualities simultaneously. This method can manufacture zoom pictures directly, which has some practical value in material evidences examination appraisal.
