基于超声波的铅酸蓄电池电解液密度测量方法的研究

本文介绍了一种铅酸蓄电池电解液密度的超声波检测方法。基于超声波传播速度在距离一定时与其所在的液体密度有一定的函数关系,文中给出了以DSP为控制器的测量系统的测量原理和方法。试验结果证明此方法检测方便、精度高、易于实现电解液密度的在线测量。

The paper introduces a ultrasonic monitoring approach to monitoring the density of the storage battery. For the density of liquid is function of velocity of ultrasonic passing through it when the distance is fixed, the detecting theory and the system based on the DSP is given, this detecting is convenient and easy for on line correction and has a high precision.
