腻滞质与正常质高血压前期人群动脉弹性功能的对照研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨腻滞质与正常质高血压前期人群动脉弹性的变化情况。方法:选择正常质、腻滞质理想血压健康者各30例;腻滞质高血压前期42例,正常质高血压前期36例;没有任何靶器官损害的1~2级腻滞质高血压患者38例,正常质高血压患者46例。使用CVProfilor DO-2020动脉弹性功能测定仪检测桡动脉脉搏波形和动脉弹性指数C1和C2,比较各组间大动脉、小动脉弹性及脉压差(PP)变化情况。结果:各组间C1、C2、PP比较,校正了年龄和病程后,高血压组与高血压前期、理想血压组相比较,C1明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);高血压前期腻滞质、高血压组与理想血压组、高血压前期正常质组相比较,C2明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);高血压正常质与高血压前期腻滞质组比较,C2明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);高血压腻滞质组与高血压正常质组C2比较,C2明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。单因素相关分析结果显示:C1和C2与PP的相关性均较弱。结论:高血压前期患者已存在动脉弹性的减退;腻滞质可能是高血压病早期出现动脉弹性降低的重要因素。 Objective: To investigate the arterial elasticity of prehyportensive people with phlegm-dampness constitution and normal constitution. Methods: We collected healthy ideal blood pressure people with normal or phlegm-dampness constitution, thirty people each, 42 prehypertensive cases with phlegm-dampness constitution, 36 prehypertensive ones with normal constitution, and 38 Ⅰ-Ⅱ phase hypertension patients of phlegm-dampness constitution without any target organs damage, 46 hypertensive cases with normal constitution. Pulse wave of arteria radialis and arterial elastic indexes C1, C2 were detected by CVProfilor D0- 2020 arterial pulse contour instrument. Results: CI decreased in hypertensive patients compared with the ideal blood pressure groups and prehypertensive groups after adjustments for ages and disease durations; C2 decreased in prehypertensive people of phlegm-damp constitution and hypertensive patients, compared with the ideal blood pressure groups and prehypertensive people of normal constitution, P〈 0.05; C2 decreased in hypertensive patients of normal constitution, compared with prehypertensive people of phlegm-damp constitution,P〈0.05; C2 decreased in hypertensive patients of phlegm-damp constitution, compared with hypertensive patients of normal constitution,P〈 0.05. There was no significant correlation between CI and C2 in pulse pressure. Conclusions: Small arterial elastic index (C2) decreases in prehypertensive people; phlegm-damp constitution may play an important role in depressed arterial elasticity of early hypertension.
