摘要
目的:分析扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者的各种心律失常的发生率及机制。方法:对200例扩张型心肌病患者行12导联心电图、超声心动图及胸部X线检查,统计各种心律失常的发生率。结果:200例DCM患者中,正常心律者66例(33%),房性心律88例(44%),室性心律36例,室内传导阻滞34例,房室传导阻滞9例。结论:DCM患者约2/3有心律失常,以房性心律失常最多,约占50%。
Objective： To analyses the incidence and the mechanisms of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM）. Methods： The 200 DCM patients all adopted electrocardiogram, echocardiogram and chest x-ray examination, some patients underwent coronary angiography. Results： Among two hundred DCM patients, （1） sixty-six （33%） patients were found to have normal cardiac rhythm; （2） eighty-eight （44%） patients had atrial rhythm; （3） thirty-six （18%） patients had ventricular rhythm; （4） thirty-four （17%） patients had intraventricular conduction blocks （5） nine （4.5%） patients had atrioventricular block; （6） two （1%） patients had sick sinus syndrome. Conclusion： Patients with DCM have a strong propensity to occur cardiac arrhythmias （2/3）, in which the atrial arrhythmia is most （44 %）.
