论新疆高校的学科建设

On Disciplinary Construction in Xinjiang's Higher Learning Institutions

新疆高校的学科建设目前还存在许多矛盾和问题,有些还很突出。如:缺乏学科建设领军人物;学科建设脱离区域经济社会发展的需要;等等。必须以市场为导向,在学科定位上突出自身特色,并积极取得当地政府的认同和支持,加强梯队建设,从而改善新疆高校的学科建设现状。

There are many problems and contradictions in disciplinary construction in Xinjiang＇s higher learning institutions, and some are salient, such as lack of leading figures in disciplinary constructions, disciplinary constructions out of steps with regional economic and social development, and so on. To make a difference, efforts must be made to be market oriented, to highlight unique features in disciplinary constructions, to actively win the support and recognition of the government, and to intensify the training of the second echelon of professionals.
