On Establishing an Omni-bearing Operation Mechanism for Employment Guidance in Higher Learning Institutions

随着我国经济的快速发展和市场化程度的提高,高校就业指导工作既面临着挑战,也面临着机遇。就业指导是大学生与社会之间沟通的桥梁,应该具备帮助大学生了解社会、明确职业目标、制定职业规划、增强综合素质、顺利融入社会的功能。加强就业指导,构建完善的全方位就业指导运作机制和服务体系,探寻一条符合大学生成长成才的高校就业指导之路势在必行。

With China＇s economic development quickened and marketization increased, employment guidance in higher learning institutions is faced with challenges and opportunities. A bridge between university students and the society, employment guidance must perform the functions of helping students understand the society, clarify their employment aims, devise their employment plans, reinforce their comprehensive qualities, and to integrate smoothly into the society. Therefore, it is imperative that employment guidance be reinforced, an omni-bearing employment guidance mechanism and service system be set up and perfected, and a pattern of employment guidance that accords to the growth and accomplishment of university students be explored continuously.
