摘要
目的:对某军队医院医改前一年和医改后一年出院患者医疗特征的比较,重点分析医改政策因素的影响程度,对医改政策在具体实施的过程中提出科学化建议。方法:用SPSS13．0对原始记录进行统计描述,进行单因素分析。结果:通过对4 141份出院人次资料分析表明,医改前后患者医疗特征无明显变化。结论:改革后患者医疗待遇得到区分,但医疗效率没有明显提高。
Objective ： To analyze the influence degree of policy factors and to provide advices to amend some plans of medical reform by comparing medical characteristics before and after medical reform of one military hospital. Methods： Carried out stat. description with SPSS13.0 and single- factor analysis. Results： Analyzed records of 4141 inpatients and found that the medical characteristics did not change. Conclusion： After the reform, the medical deal can be differentiated, but medical efficiency has not been improved.
