摘要
随着医疗体制改革的不断深化,人力资源管理在医院管理中起到越来越重要的作用。人力资源计分卡的导入对人力资源管理的提升具有积极的作用,本文对如何在医院中设计人力资源计分卡进行了探讨。
Along with health system reform goes further, human resource management becomes a more and more important factor in hospital management. The introduction of human resource scorecard will play an active role in the promotion of human resource management. An initial analysis on the design of a human resource scorecard in hospital has being discussed in this paper.
