摘要
幼儿饮食生活中蕴涵着极为丰富的语言、社会、科学、艺术等课程资源,这些资源已经闲置了相当长的时间。为减轻课程超载,促进幼儿全面健康发展,必须对这些课程资源进行系统开发。这并不是要以饮食活动取代其他课程,而是要使幼儿饮食生活中蕴涵的艺术、社会、语言、科学等课程彰显并被充分利用。此外,系统开发要使这些课程与饮食生活成为一个自然、完整、和谐的整体,而不是将艺术、社会、语言、科学课程与幼儿饮食生活进行简单拼接。
Children's dietary life is composed of abundant curriculum resources, such as linguistics, science, arts and social science, etc. However, these resources have been ignored for a long time. To avoid overloaded curriculums and to promote children to develop completely and healthily, people have to systematically develop these curriculum resources.. From the point view of systematic development, all curriculum resources in children's dietary life are considered as a whole system, which needs a comprehensive, completed and coherent development. The purpose of the dietary curriculum development is to fully exploit those recourses of linguistics, science, arts and social science, rather than to take place of other curriculums. For children's dietary life, all of these courses would be a natural, completed and coherent system, instead of a simple combination.
