建立区域发展决策支持模型库系统(Model Base System,MBS)是提高区域发展决策水平的重要途径,在系统阐述模型库系统基本理论的基础上,从模型库系统的组成、功能、实现等方面阐述兰州经济区决策支持模型库系统框架,系统引入组件技术,探讨了兰州经济区决策支持模型库系统具体实现途径。

Establishing model base system （MBS） of regional development Decision Support System （DSS） is an important way to enhance the regional development decision level, in this paper, at the foundation of explaining the basic theories of MBS by the numbers, discuss the design and setting up frame of the DSSMBS of Lanzhou economic zone from composition, function, realizing etc. of MBS, probe into the material realize way of the DSS MBS of Lanzhou economic zone by applying component technology.
