摘要
提出了城镇地籍调查工程建设中社会化监理机制的概念,分析了施工单位、业主单位和监理单位的职责和组织关系,在此基础上研究了城镇地籍调查工程建设的监理内容。
This paper presents the mechanism of socialization audit in urban cadastral survey construction, analyzes the functions and organization relationship among owners, construction organizers and auditors. The audit contents are researched in this paper.
