摘要
进行高压共轨式柴油机电控喷油系统功能性测试实验,通过对实验数据的分析,总结了主预喷之间的喷油间隔大小对总喷射油量的影响规律,基于采集到的实时电磁阀电流波形分析了这一规律,并且结合高速电磁阀衔铁以及喷油器针阀的受力模型分析,揭示了实验结果的产生原因。最后,总结了喷油量随着主预喷间隔变化的总体趋势。
During the functionality experiment of the electrically controlled injection system of high pressure common rail diesel engine, the special relationship between injection time gap and corresponding injection quantities was summed up on the basis of analysis on the experimental data. Based on the investigation of current pulses acting on the solenoid valve, and on the analysis of the kinematical models for solenoid valve shutter and injector needle, the relationship mentioned above was explained theoretically. Finally, this paper has made the conclusion of the whole tendency of injection quantity varies with the time gap which is between pilot injection and main injection. This provides a convincing experience for the following calibration experiment on diesel engine, and a reliable reference for further research work on electrically controlled unit (ECU) of the high pressure common rail injection system.
