摘要
根据基坑开挖、场地地质条件和邻近建筑物的特点,基于变形控制的考虑,采用预应力锚杆限制基坑侧向变形,通过微型桩对邻近建筑物基础进行预托换加固增强其抵抗变形能力,保证工程顺利完工和周围建筑的安全使用。
According to the characteristics of foundation pit and adjacent building and surrounding circumstance, some reasonable measures are given to protect the safety of adjacent building based on displacement control, such as prestressed anchor for limitation to lateral displacement of foundation pit, as well as root pile for foundation underpinning of adjacent building to increase its stiffness.
