摘要
某6层住宅楼因基础不均沉降而倾斜以致屋顶水平位移556mm,采用压桩掏土纠偏法历时半年将其纠正。介绍了该纠偏工程的概念设计、施工监控和稳定沉降的方法与措施,可为工程设计与技术研究提供参考。
A six-storey dwelling house in serious declination with 556 mm maximum drift of the roof plate due to the differential settlement of the foundation of the building has been rectified by strengthening with statically pressed bolt pile and digging through the foundation plate. The conceptual design method, the procedure of construction supervision and control, and the way to steady settlement of the foundation are recommended which may be a reference for engineering design and technology research.
