摘要
采用3种不同的中间退火工艺对不同加工率的3A21合金带材进行再结晶退火,然后分别采用不同的再加工率将其轧制成不同厚度的成品带材。根据试验结果分析了退火工艺、再加工率等对3A21-H14带材表面花脸状条纹的影响,提出了减轻这种表面缺陷的措施。
In this study, the 3A21 alloy strips with different working rates are annealed separately by three different annealing processes, and then, the annealed strips are rolled into finished products with different thickness and re-working rates. Based on the testing results, the influences of annealing process and re -working rate on the surface flecks defect of 3A21 -H14 aluminum alloy strip are analyzed, and put forward the measures for reducing the surface defect.
