The production of multihole aluminum fiat tube （harmonica tube） used for automobile heat exchanges is more difficult because of its complicated cross-section shape and high precision. On the basis of experimental investigation, our company has improved the production process and extrusion die design of the harmonica tube, the product quality can completely meat the requirements of the automobile air conditioner fabrication plants.
