摘要
研究了不同热处理温度对 Cu/Ni-P 合金镀层表面形貌、硬度及耐蚀性的影响;通过对比分析,确定最佳热处理温度为400℃。
This paper studies on the influences of heat treatment temperature on the surface topography, hardness and corrosion resistance of Cu/Ni- P coatings, and through analysis and comparison, determines the optimum heat treatment temperature is 400 ℃.
