彩色多普勒血流显像对滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断及疗效评价

Evaluation diagnosis and treatment of color Doppler flow imaging in trophoblastic tumor

目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断及疗效评价。方法 回顾性分析65例滋养细胞肿瘤患者的病例资料并与绒毛膜促性腺激素（β—HCG）检测结果对照。结果CDFI在诊断中具有特征性改变，子宫病灶处的阻力指数（RI）与β—HCG水平测定呈负相关（P〈0.05）。恢复期CDFI晚于β—HCG恢复正常。结论 CDFI在滋养细胞肿瘤的诊断及疗效评价中具有重要作用。

Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in diagnosing of trophoblastic tumor and assessing the curativel effects. Methods 65 cases with trophoblastic tumor were analyzed retrospectively, and compared with β -HCG. Results In early diagnosis , CDFI had features that nad resistance index（RI） in lesions was correated negatively with β - HCG. Conclusion CDFI plays an important role in diagnosis of trophoblastic tumor and assessment of the therapeutic effects on that.
