摘要
目的 评价SPECT骨显像监测磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)对羊椎体骨缺损修复作用的应用价值。方法 在15只中国青山羊第3、4腰椎椎体上分别造成1cm^3的骨缺损,第3腰椎椎体骨缺损处不填任何物品,第4腰椎椎体骨缺损内填入CPC,于术后4,8、12周分别进行骨显像,观察骨缺损处的放射性分布情况。结果 不同时间15只羊第3、4腰椎骨缺损处的放射性分布均有明显不同,CPC填充处明显浓集于没有填充CPC处(P〈0.01)。结论 SPECT骨显像能准确反映骨代谢及修复情况,可以作为临床上CPC填充治疗后监测的可靠方法。
Objective To study the values of repairing bone defects of goat vertebration by calcium phosphate cement(CPC)monitored by SPECT bone imaging. Methods Bone defects of 1 cm3 were made separately in both the 3rd and 4th vertebra in 15 goats. The bone defect of the 4th vertebra was implanted with CPC while it was not with that of the 3rd vertebra. Bone imaging was used to monitor the distribution of radioactivity in the bone defects at 4,8and 12weeks after operation. Results The distribution of radioactivity was shown differently at different time. It is obvious that radioactivity was heavier in the implanted vertebra( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion SPECT bone imaging can accurately show bone metabolism and the repairing after the CPC implantation It may be a reliable method in the clinical monitoring after treating.
