摘要
目的 探讨肠内营养在预防应激性溃疡中的作用。方法 160例行腹部大手术的病人,随机分为两组,101例利用鼻肠管或空肠造瘘管灌注能全力施行肠内营养(EN组),59例行肠外营养(PN组),比较两组患者应激性溃疡的发生率。结果 EN组应激性溃疡发生率明显低于PN组(P〈0.05)。结论 肠内营养能有效降低应激性溃疡的发生率。
Objective To explore the role of enteral nutrition in the prevention of stress ulcer. Methods 160 patients undergoing major obdominal operations were randomized into 2 groups, 101 cases underwent enteral nutrition (EN) through jejunostomy tube or bengmark tube,59 cases received parenteral nutrition(PN), compared morbidity rate of stress ulcer of the two groups. Results The morbidity rate of stress ulcer enteral nutrition is less than parenteral nutrition ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition can decrease morbidity rate of stress ulcer effectively.
