摘要
将遗传算法与LBG算法相结合,得到了一种矢量量化码书设计算法。利用遗传算法的全局优化能力得到最优的矢量量化码书;同时,克服了传统遗传算法收敛速度慢的缺点。实验结果表明,文中提出的算法性能上优于LBG算法,且收敛速度较快。
This paper proposes a codebook design method based on genetic algorithm(GA) and the LBG algorithm. The global optimal searching ability of genetic algorithm is used to compute the codebook. And the computing time can be reduced greatly than traditional genetic algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms the LBG algorithm in terms of PSNR.
