摘要
目的:观察病心胶囊对柯萨奇B3(CoxB3)病毒性心肌炎小鼠T细胞亚群的影响。方法:将210只小鼠随机分为6组,正常对照组32只,模型对照组42只,黄芪对照组34只,病心胶囊高剂量组34只,病心胶囊中剂量组34只,痛心胶囊低剂量组34只。复制小鼠CoxB3病毒性心肌炎模型,以黄芪注射液为对照,检测T细胞亚群Thy1,2+、L3T4+、Lyt-2+含量,比较L3T4+/Lyt-2+值。结果:对小鼠Thy1,2+的影响,病心胶囊高、中、低剂量组和黄芪对照组Thy1,2+含量与模型对照组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。对小鼠L3T4+影响的比较,病心胶囊高、中、低剂量组均能拮抗这种改变(P<0.01,P<0.05),而黄芪对照组则无明显的拮抗作用(P>0.05)。对小鼠Lyt-2+含量影响的比较,病心胶囊高、中、低剂量组均能拮抗这种改变(P <0.01),而黄芪对照组则不明显(P>0.05)。对小鼠L3T4+/Lyt-2+影响的比较,病心胶囊高、中、低剂量组均能拮抗这种改变(P<0.01),而黄芪对照组则此作用不明显(P>0.05)。结论:病心胶囊可通过调节细胞免疫的紊乱状态而对病毒性心肌炎发挥治疗作用,黄芪注射液此作用则不明显。
Objective: To explore the influence of Bingxin capsule (BC, ) in T cell subgroup of Cox sackie B3 virus myocarditis of mice. Methods: 210 mice were allocated to 6 groups randomly. The normal control group (NCG, 32 mice), model control group (MCG, 42 mice), Astragali control group (ACG, 34 mice), BC high dose group (HDG, 34 mice), BC middle close group (MDG, 34 mice) and BC low dose group (LDG, 34 mice). The model of Cox sackie B3 virus myocarditis mice were replicated and Radix Astragali injection was used as control, the content of Thy1, 2+, L3T4+ and Lyt-2+ of T cell subgroup were determined, the value of L3T4+/Lyt - 2+ was compared. Results: The comparison on the influence of Thyl, 2+ of mice, The content of Thyl. 2+ of BC HDG, MDG, LDG and ACG with MCG showed very marked significant difference ( P < 0. 01). The comparison on the influence of L3T4+. The BC HDG, MDG and LDG can antagonize the change (P< 0. 01, P< 0.05) hut ACG showed no marked antagonism ( P > 0, 05). The comparison on the influence of Lyt - 2+ content in mice, BC HDG, MDG and LDG can antagonize the change ( P < 0. 01) but ACG showed no marked change ( P > 0. 05). The comparison on the influence of L3T4+/Lyt -2+, the BC HDC. MDG and LDG can antagonize the change (P< 0.01) but ACG showed no marked change ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: BC can regulate the disorder of cellular immune system so as to act on viral myocarditis but the action of Radix Astragal injection is not obviously.
