振动性白指影响因素的灰色关联分析

Grey Incidence Analysis of Effective Factors on Vibration-induced White Finger

目的明确各因素对振动性白指的关联程度,从不完全信息中找出影响振动性白指的主要因素。方法采用灰色关联分析方法,通过对振动性白指各项影响因素的分析,确定各因素与振动性白指的关联程度。结果振动性白指影响因素的关联度依次为:白指潜伏期(X3)>手指温度(X11)>首发症状时间(X1)>发生白指持续时间(X7)>戴手套时间(X9)>休息时间(X8)>首发症状个数(X2)>并发其他疾病个数(X10)>日接振时间(X6)>吸烟(X4)>饮酒(X5)。结论影响振动性白指的主要因素为白指潜伏期、手指温度、首发症状时间、持续时间、工作时戴手套时间等。

Objective To make clear the correlation between various effective factors and vibration- induced white finger （VWF）, and to find out the main factor correlated with VWF from incomplete data. Methods Grey incidence analysis was used. Results The correlative degree of various factors related to VWF was as follows： VWF latency period（X3 ）〉, finger temperature（X11）〉the occurring time of first symptom of the hand（X1 ）〉sustained period of VWF（X7 ）〉gloves wearing in the course of work（X9 ）〉break time（X8 ）〉 number of first symptoms of the hand（X2 ）〉number of complications（X10）〉the time of exposure to vibration per day（X6 ）〉smoking（X4）〉drinking（X5）〉. ConcLusions The main factors affecting VWF were VWF latency period, finger temperature, the occurring time of first symptom of the hand, sustained period of VWF and gloves wearing in lhe course of work.
