摘要
介绍了开发超临速自磨机的现实意义及超临速球磨机的磨矿特点,并利用虚拟仪器振动测试技术对超临速自磨机在工作状态下进行了振动测量,得出其振动烈度以及振动规律。并测出超临速自磨机的关键部件—导向机构的固有频率。
This paper analyses the realistic significance of inventing URSAM and outlines the grinding character of UP, SAM. in this subject research, Virtual Instrument technology is applied to measure out the vibration intensity and find out the vibration rule of URSAM in working state. The inherent frequency of key parts-guiding mechanism is measured out as well.
