摘要
凹版印刷作为彩色印刷的主要方法,由于其产品质量的影响因素多、原因复杂,使得对印刷质量的控制存在一定的难度,其产品质量的稳定性也难以得到保障。本文作者通过对某塑料彩印厂彩印产品的质量问题分析,结合生产实际,从设备、人工操作、材料等方面,运用统计方法找出了产生质量问题的主要原因,提出有针对性的问题解决办法,保证了塑料彩印产品质量的稳定性和可靠性。
Concaved printing , as one of the multi-color printing primary methods, is much difficulties on the control of printing quality and is also difficult to solve essentially, owing to many influence factors and complicated reasons. The authors, through analyzing the quality problem of color printed product in some plastic printing factories, find out the main quality problems dealing with equipments, manual work operations and materials. And the authors use the statistical methods to solve the above problems, which can obviously improve the quality of plastic multi-color printing products.
