详细介绍了真空密封造型工艺方法的原理、特点及生产设备,分析了制作中应注意的工艺问题并提出防止办法,这对解决当前我国铸造制造业中成本高、周期长、性能差等问题具有一定的现实意义。
It has introduced the principle,characteristic and producing equipment of technics method with the vacuum hermetic sculpt, and analyzed the technics problems and avoiding measures which should be noticed in facturing.This article has some realistic meaning to solve the problems of hing cost, long periods and low performance in our foundry manufacturing currently.
