摘要
以凸轮机构为背景,指出当前设计凸轮机构时容易忽略凸轮机构的刚度、共振等问题。在此基础上给出了ANSYS软件中基于有限元法的模态分析操作方法,并给出凸轮机构刚度划分准则。最后分析了凸轮机构易发生振动的原因,并提出相应的避免方法。
Based on the cam set, the article points out the common problems which are oKen ignored while designing it, such as unyieldingness and sympathetic vibration. Then the article gives a anlysis of model-osciUation state method with the FEA method in ANSYS software, at the same time, it gives the compartmentalization of the cam set according to its unyieldingness. At the end, the article analyzes the factors caused the sympathetic vibration of the cam set, it also gives some measures to avoid the sympathetic vibration.
