摘要
针对电阻炉特性,研究出了40CrNiMoA钢调质热处理炉温智能控制系统。本文研究了40CrNiMoA钢调质热处理炉温智能控制系统的基本原理;提出了控制机理和AI控制算法,分析了控制程序的基本思路和依据智能控制算法所设计的程序。
This paper submits the heat-treating furnace temperature controlling system of the 40CrNiMoA Steel according to the resistor furnace characteristic. The basic principle and flow chart of the heat-treating fumace temperature controlling system of the 40CrNiMoA Steel are introduced. The controUing mechanism and AI controlling algorism are merited. The basic thinking of the controlling program and the designing program that subjects to the brains controlling system are analyzed.
