在照明行业生产中,许多设备都采用凸轮机构来完成多个工位的动作,最典型的设备如:自动绷丝机,但用凸轮来完成复杂的功能在很多情况下比较困难。本文提出的基于FX2N型PLC的凸轮控制系统可以使设备完成复杂的功能,而且控制方式简单,该系统可推广应用到其它行业中如:化工、食品、陶瓷、烟草、输液灌装等行业。

IN the lighting industry, many equipment finish the working procedure action by using cam framework. But the cam framework cannot finish some complicated function usually. This paper introduced the cam control system based on the PLC of FX2N. Which can finish some complicated function. The control method is simple. The system can be extended to application of another industries. Which are chemistry, foodstuff, crockery, tobacco, transfusion filling industries and so on.
